You can use your mouse to look around while you drive. NOTE: The person/people saying you can't look around while driving are incorrect. The developers really thought through things that might make it challenging, from backing your truck into a spot, to getting fined for dings and dents, various traffic violations and more. The controls are a bit difficult to get used to on a keyboard, as there are many commands.
